Our Assessment: Precision Through Understanding

Where clinical precision meets human movement intelligence.

At Infinity Spine Center, every patient begins with a comprehensive, hands-on assessment designed to identify the true origin of your symptoms. We don't guess — we measure, analyze, and test. Our process blends advanced orthopedic evaluation, neurological screening, and functional movement analysis, where we obtain immediate feedback from the patient as they perform specific movements and tasks. This interactive process reveals how your body responds under real-world conditions and helps us pinpoint the mechanical and neuromuscular factors driving dysfunction.

Rather than relying on unnecessary imaging, we prioritize precise clinical testing and movement-based diagnostics. When imaging is warranted, we coordinate with elite referral networks for digital radiography or MRI, ensuring every study serves a clear clinical purpose and complements our in-depth manual examination.

Each assessment is individualized — we take the time to listen to your story, assess movement patterns, and explain findings in a clear and actionable way. You'll leave your first visit with a detailed understanding of what's driving your pain or dysfunction and a structured plan for correction and long-term restoration.

Our ongoing reassessment process ensures measurable progress. We track objective changes in movement quality, strength, and coordination across your care plan — continuously refining your program as your resilience builds, your capacity expands, and your performance potential is restored.

Services Designed for Neurological Precision

Our treatments are built around one goal: to improve how the nervous system senses, organizes, and responds to movement. Each service works toward restoring clarity between the brain and body — helping you move, perform, and recover more efficiently.

Chiropractic (NUCCA-Based Precision Care)

We use advanced upper cervical methods to influence the entire spinal and postural system through gentle, exact correction. This precision-based approach requires no twisting or forceful manipulation, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate balance and coordination safely and effectively.

Physiotherapy & Soft-Tissue Rehabilitation

Our soft-tissue methods are guided by feedback from your sensory and motor systems — not just static tests or imaging. We identify the structures under stress, restore tension balance, and improve movement efficiency through tailored manual therapy and active retraining.

Acupuncture & Neuro-Modulation

By influencing the body's electrical and circulatory systems, acupuncture supports the nervous system's ability to regulate pain, promote tissue healing, and improve systemic balance. Treatments are customized to each patient's neurological and sensory patterns.

Red & Near-Infrared Photobiomodulation Therapy

Our PBM therapy delivers targeted wavelengths of light to support cellular energy production, tissue recovery, and neural communication. It's a powerful adjunct for recovery, inflammation control, and performance optimization.

Our Clinical Philosophy: Function Before Form

At Infinity Spine Center, posture and pain are viewed as outcomes — not primary goals. They change naturally when the nervous system begins to function more efficiently.

We focus on restoring clear communication between the brain and body through precise sensory and motor evaluation. This allows us to identify the true sources of dysfunction rather than simply treating its visible effects.

By improving how the nervous system senses and organizes movement, we help the body find better balance, coordination, and control — from the inside out. The result is a foundation for sustainable performance and long-term resilience.

Our philosophy integrates chiropractic, physiotherapy, and neurological rehabilitation into one system of care designed for adaptability, not dependency.

What to Expect

Care at Infinity Spine Center begins with understanding how you move and what's limiting you. Here's how it works, from your first evaluation through each follow-up visit.

Initial Evaluation: 60 Minutes

A full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Thoma. He reviews your history, goals, and the physical demands you face, then assesses how you move: joint mechanics, muscle function, motor control, and how your body responds to load.

Your Findings, Explained

Before treatment begins, Dr. Thoma walks you through what he found and what it means, in clear terms. When imaging would add useful information, it's coordinated through trusted referral partners.

Care Built Around Your Findings

Hands-on treatment and targeted rehabilitation, matched to what your assessment shows rather than a standard protocol.

Follow-Up Visits: 30–60 Minutes

Each visit includes reassessment, so your care adapts as your body responds and your goals evolve.

Your Next Step Starts Here.
